History of Working Experience During a career that spans almost 4 years, Ms. Rachana has established her reputation for building professional relationships with isolated Nomadic and Denotified Tribal communities, coordinating relevant issues with legal institutions, and advocating social equity in India. She has worked for women empowerment and education as well. She began her career in Rajasthan, where she specialized in community mobilization, legal awareness, and empowerment of the most marginalized sectors of society. That led to receiving four official awards from local authorities for the recognition and appreciation of her incredible accomplishments/works in the area of community empowerment and action-based researches and legal advocating efforts. Moreover, she was nominated as Brand Ambassador for the Save and Educate the Girl Child Scheme of GoI for her district.

Ms. Atifa Safi      Legal & Policy Consultant
Academic Background Currently enrolled in LLM at Liverpool John Moores University, BA in Law, and diploma in Legal Studies
History of Working Experience Atifa Safi is a Human Rights and Gender Equality advocate. Over a span of 13 years of working experience as a professional and volunteer, she has been engaged with NGOs and INGOs in the field of Human Rights, Gender Equality, Legal Reform, and Civil Society. During her career, she has assisted relevant entities in drafting legislative documents and policies and designing advocacy programs. Furthermore, she has developed and implemented various projects promoting awareness of social and political rights, legal awareness and creating space for youth empowerment. Her research and written work have been published in online magazines. Moreover, she is a co-founder of “Reshape the Future” aims to create space for youth to reshape their futures. She has initiated to lead two international campaigns on menstrual equity and women empowerment across different countries.

History of Working Experience Since 1994, Mr. Yagubi has worked in different capacities. His professional experiences span a wide variety of domains- education, research, and academia. And he has worked as a head of the master, school administration, teacher’s trainer, education researcher, dean of education of department of the university, and professors. He worked closely with both state and non-state organizations, provided educational training, research papers, assessment, and policy-making. He has authored or co-authored lots of creative works, including journal, and conference papers, technical reports, and training manuals/guides.

She has extensive practical experience including Watchdog Education – Consultant with Management Sciences International, USAID- AMANAT Project, Head of Monitoring & Reporting Unite with Independent Joint Anti-Corruption Monitoring & Evaluation Committee (MEC), Senior Monitoring & Reporting Specialist with (MEC), Research and M&E officer for Adult Education with JICA/ LEAF2 to improve literacy education management in Afghanistan. She is skilled in various data collection methods and measuring effectiveness and efficiency through multiple tools, i.e. NVivo.12, SPSS software. She is highly trained in M&E of Development programs and realization of theories of change

Mr. Ahmad Zia Khplwak       Project Management Consultant

History of Working Experience With a strong portfolio of over 100 successfully managed projects, Mr. Zia is well-known for his senior role as a project management expert in different capacities and sectors to many large organizations. He got his start in project management through Afghan non-profit organizations, and eventually found a way toward business entities and setting deadlines and objectives to attain a larger goal. He began to consolidate his managerial knowledge through being awarded as a certified PMP expert in Afghanistan. In total, his working experience spans more than a decade of project management, business development, research management, capacity-building, team building, and project evaluation.

Ms. Latifa Karimi  Operation Consultant
Academic Background BBA in business administration along with several certifications in accounting administration, business management, and marketing
History of Working Experience With 7-year of working experience in both public and private sectors, she gained professional experiences with operational expertise. Throughout her 6-year tenure with the Ministry of Finance of Afghanistan, she had a unique exposure to the public administration, intuitional gaps, and issues with the engagement of the private sector in insurance services. And she builds up a reputation for contributing to the development of insurance strategies, policies, and procedures, incubating new models, operational experiences, and building out efficient coordination with a variety of insurance firms. Before joining the General Directorate of Insurance, she worked at the office of the Ministry of Finance with intensive operational experiences on institutional related issues, foreign aid, budget administration, ministerial coordination, and the national finance-decision-making process.
