The Technical Advisory Support consists of experts from different backgrounds to provide strategic advice on institutional development, innovative approaches, and reaching new heights in an effort to establish DELEX as a leading brand.  It is a voluntary group of senior specialists with a non-binding contract in which there is neither legal nor administrative obligation to carry out any regular terms but potentially could be engaged for some specific project/assignments if technically needed.

History of Working Experience Over more than three decades of professional experiences, Dr. Genevieve has worked in different capacities such as research head, research consultant, author, editor, course facilitator at universities, and basic education, organizational management/leadership, chair of special interest groups, peace education coordinator, professional memberships of working committees, team leader and being a faculty member of the humanities and social sciences, religious education, community development, and physical education.

Ahmad Shah Mobariz, Ph. D Candidate

History of Working Experience Mr. Mobariz is an economist by training and practice who has worked with a variety of public institutions in different capacities. He has worked with Afghanistan’s Ministry of Finance, Supreme Audit Office, and UNESCAP. His research is concentrated on higher education and human capital, and his research interest includes development economics and public policy. Mr. Mobariz has published on Afghanistan’s membership to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and Towards reducing the inequality in higher education: impact evaluation of an MP education program in Afghanistan”

History of Working Experience She has worked for the Research and Evaluation Division of BRAC, Empowerment of Law through Common People, Manusher Jonno, Ain o Salish Kendra, and Centre for Human Rights Education of Curtin University in Australia.  Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor of Gender Studies at Asian University for Women, Bangladesh.
Area of Interests Her research interest and expertise include gender, refugee, human rights and International humanitarian law, religion, violence against women and children, and climate change.
Mrs. Svetlana Dzardanova
Academic Background MA in Political Science focused on Central Asian politics and security from the OSCE Academy, Bishkek, and BA (Hon.) in Organizational and Industrial Psychology from the American University of Central Asia.
History of Working Experience She has worked as Program Manager Research and Training Coordinator at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. She has written on the broad specter of intersecting and regionally focused topics of peace and security, resources, cooperation, and international involvement in Central Asia and Afghanistan. She contributed to a number of regional research projects working with the Centre for OSCE Research (CORE) in Hamburg, the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), and the Norwegian Helsinki Committee (NHC). Her recent project with the OSCE Academy in Bishkek and Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (IFA) aimed at changing the perception of bride kidnapping by informing and involving young people of Kyrgyzstan.

Alamzeb Aamir Ph.D.
Academic Background Ph.D. in Management from the University Technology Malaysia (UTM) with a minor in human resource management, organizational behavior/organizational psychology. He also holds an M.Phil. and MBA in business administration and human resources.
History of Working Experience Dr. Alamzeb Aamir is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Sciences FATA University Since 2017. Before joining FATA University, he served the College of Business Administration King Saud University Saudi Arabia as a Researcher from 2010 till 2017. Dr. Aamir has got his Ph.D. in Management from University Technology Malaysia (UTM). He has rich experience in the corporate sector as well as in the Educational sector. He has more than 25 research publications in international refereed journals and attended numerous international and national conferences. Dr. Aamir has worked as an English Access Microscholarship program Coordinator for the year 2018-2020 and 2019-2021.

Chayanika Saxena, Ph.D Candidate

History of Working Experience She has more than seven years of research experience related to Afghanistan and has published and presented on related matters nationally and internationally. She has regularly written on geopolitical and domestic dynamics concerning Afghanistan. Her works, peer-reviews, and opinion pieces have appeared regularly in Indian and international journals, think-tanks, and news outlets. She has also presented intensively on issues related to Afghanistan, refugees, and the migration crisis at different national and international forums. She is fluent in Hindi, English, and Urdu; has a working knowledge of Dari-Persian and beginners’ s linguistic proficiency in Arabic. She was formerly at RSIS, Singapore as a student research assistant and post-graduate student of international relations.

 Hadi Ahmadi Ph.D    
Academic Background Ph.D. in Political Science from Germany, M.A in International Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (IHRL & IHL) with some certification in project management, public relations management
History of Working Experience His professional experience spans more than a decade in both public and private sectors, both inside and outside of Afghanistan. Dr. Ahamdi has experience in program development, public relation and management, institutional communication, team-building, professional development, strategic collaboration, and world-class diplomatic and convincing skills. He further extended his working experience to a number of nationally-recognized academic institutions including executive leadership and academic capacities. Apart from his recent academic background, he worked eight years with the Ministry of Foreign affairs in Kabul and the Afghan Embassy in Berlin, Germany. Also, he worked as a researcher and project Coordinator in Berlin as well as a legal advisor at the Omran Holding Group in Kabul, Afghanistan.
